A standard cleaning covers routine maintenance — floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and vacuuming. A deep cleaning goes further: baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, behind and under furniture, cabinet exteriors, door frames, window sills, and areas that don't get attention during regular appointments. Deep cleans are ideal for first-time service, seasonal refreshes, or if it's been a while since your last professional cleaning.
We recommend reaching out at least one to two weeks before your preferred date, especially for first-time deep cleanings or move-in/move-out appointments. For recurring customers, we work with you to find a regular day and time that fits your schedule. If you have an urgent need, contact us anyway — we'll do our best to accommodate.
That's entirely up to you. Many customers prefer to be home during the first appointment and then provide access for future visits. Others leave a key or provide a garage code. We're comfortable either way — whatever makes you feel most at ease.
Yes. Legacy Cleaning arrives with the supplies and equipment needed for your appointment. If you have a preference for specific products — for example, certain cleaners on natural stone or hardwood — just let us know in advance and we'll make sure to use them.
We understand that life happens. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule — ideally 48 hours. We'll work with you to find a new time that fits your calendar. We ask for the same courtesy we extend to you: clear communication and mutual respect.
Recurring plans — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — are designed to maintain your home consistently. After an initial deep cleaning to establish a baseline, each subsequent visit follows a detailed checklist to keep everything in great shape. Recurring customers get priority scheduling and consistent pricing. You're never locked into a long-term contract, and you can adjust frequency or pause anytime.
